My favourite items that I sell are those special restaurant quality cuts that differentiates us from the other market stalls.
i.e skinless boneless Hapuka, Blue eye , Tassie Trumpeter etc..

I emigrated from New Zealand and started in the market in 1989 working as a filleter.
I bought a share in my current business in 1995 and have been the sole owner for the past two years..

As well as a huge range of Australian wild caught prawns both cooked and raw and fresh Bass Strait scallops.
I also specialise in Southern Rock Lobster over the summer months and especially for the christmas market..

I like to shop at Sylvia’s Deli.
I have my daily coffee break at Coffea coffee merchants and every morning I look forward to my waiting coffee from Ren’s Cafe when I return from the wholesale fish market in the morning at 5.30am..
