Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma.
Nicole Gray, our head brewer, is constantly seeking the science behind the ingredients to bring out new hop flavors and push the boundaries of what can be accomplished in a small brewing system.
