The Garces Food Service was established by Asteria Lastimosa Garces -Alviso in 1976.
As a nutritionist by profession, it has been her passion to provide quality, healthy and affordable catering service for 50 people, up to a thousand guests! Within a year, she became the official caterer of the Boy Scouts Camp, Girl Scouts Camp Marina, Stella Maris, National Man Power and Youth Council, a number of banks, government offices and other business establishments in the City of Cebu.
