Antonio Lavalle e sua moglie Maria dopo anni di sacrifici dedicati alla pastorizia, decidono di prendere in gestione nel 1976, lo storico bar del paese, il "Bar dello Sport"..
Grazie all'esperienza nel campo della ristorazione del primogenito Giovanni e del fratello Michele, acquisiscono nel 1982 il locale, che da subito diventa punto di riferimento per l'intera comunità..
L'attività si espande in modo fiorente fino alla prematura scomparsa, a breve distanza l'uno dall'altro, di entrambi i fratelli..
E' nel 2003 che il locale risorge dalle sue ceneri: Antonio, figlio di Giovanni reinaugura il locale, stravolgendone l'aspetto, lo stile ed il target, rendendo il vecchio "Bar dello Sport" ciò che è oggi: un locale moderno, di tendenza e attento alla selezione musicale!.
