The Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) Students from Chippewa Valley Technical College are in need of volunteer patients so they can become proficient in scanning & prepare for internship.
These ultrasounds are FREE to the public but please remember this is a learning environment for our students to practice and improve their scanning/ultrasound skills.
No physicians or official medical personnel will be reading these exams, and volunteers should not use this as an alternative to actual medical treatment.
The students will be observed by a registered sonographer.
Anyone under the age of 18 has to have a parent/guardian present at the time of their ultrasound..

Ultrasounds are offered in the Fall semester ONLY every year: OB from Sept-Dec and all types of ultrasounds such as: Abdominal, Pelvic (uterus/ovaries), OB, Thyroids, Scrotum, & Vascular studies such as carotid arteries and upper or lower extremity venous or arterial exams from mid-October to early December..
