Provided that the Otte Planting Instructions are followed.
Simply return the dead plant along with original receipt to the store where purchase was made and we will replace the plant for you.
If the replacement plant is not available at that time, we will issue you a store credit for the price you paid for the plant.
However the credit unfortunately cannot be issued without the dead plant and receipt.
Guarantee applies only to original plant purchased and does not cover sale and clearance plants.
Guarantee also does not cover roses, annuals, and tropicals..
