Detailed description is Forestry Equipment, Used and New Parts sales, Equipment Service In the late 1920's Marc and Antonio Martin started a potato brokerage on Market Street in Fort Kent, Maine.
They owned a potato house and operated out of a small office on the side.
The business was named after their father, Frank Martin.

The two brothers soon added on to this building and started to sell farming supplies.

started selling the agricultural line of John Deere equipment.
At this time there were nine John Deere dealers in Aroostook County with a population of 95,000.
The potato industry in the county was in full swing.
A couple of years later the company started to sell crawlers for forestry applications in order to diversify its overall product line.
In 1965, the skidder was introduced which replaced the obsolete crawler for forestry applications.

In 1972 the dealership was totally destroyed by fire.
The building was immediately reconstructed and the business was moved back in the same year.
Also in 1972 the business was bought by Reno and Doris Ouellette.
