Four Seasons martial arts is a conjuction effort between two unique and talented brothers in the martial arts.
Sifu Ray has multiple disciplines ranging from Ving Tsun (Wing Chun), Shaolin, Tai Chi, recently Shotokan Karate, to Judo, Chin Na, and wrestling, while Sifu Mike has Ving Tsun, Shaolin, Judo, Greco-Roman wrestling, Folk wrestling, Chin Na, and coaches high school wrestling.
Overall 60 yrs of experience between both Sifus.
The school created the name from the 4 ranges of combat skills, dealing with timing, spaces and shapes, and shock/impulse energy release.
