The group as its name is self explaining believes in the role of Evidence based and Inter-disciplinary approach in the management of dental diaseases.

Sourav Banerjee has been promoting the concept since 2009.
As years passed the duo felt that there exists a gap between the teachings in dental school and that is needed to run a successful private practice.
Hence came the existence of FDE-Academy in 2013.
Since its inception we have trained over 100 dentists through out India.
The Academy imparts training in modules and in-house mode.
