www.forgottenboys.com.br.EM 1997, Gustavo Riviera e Arthur Franquini, influenciados MC5, Stooges, Ramones e Johnny Thunders gravam duas musicas numa fita demo que deram o nome de “…cos revenge is sweet”.
Nessa fita, se intitulam “Forgotten Boys”.
No ano seguinte gravaram uma outra demo com 13 músicas.

Em 2000, com Gustavo (guitarra e voz), Arthur (bateria) e Chuck (baixo) chegam ao seu primeiro disco, chamado “Forgotten Boys”, lançado pela gravadora Ataque Frontal.
Produzido por Daniel Ganjaman (que já havia trabalhado com os Racionais MCs, Planet Hemp,Sabotage, Otto e Instituto)..
Em 2002 entra Flávio Cavichioli na bateria (Pin Ups e IML) e a banda faz uma turnê nacional com os suecos do Backyard Babies, logo na seqüência é gravado “Gimme More”, lançado pela 13 Records, produzido por Fernando Sanches.
Sempre elogiada pela crítica a banda acaba concorrendo ao prêmio de “melhor clipe independente” no VMB 2003 da MTV com a música ”Cumm on”.
Com a repercussão conseguida pelo lançamento de Gimme More a banda assina em 2003 com a No Fun Records de Detroit, EUA e tem seu primeiro lançamento internacional.
“Gimme More… and More”.
Em 2004 gravam outro split, esse com os uruguaios do Motosierra , que saiu pela 13 Records e no mesmo ano foi feita a primeira Turnê internacional da banda, com Zé Mazzei no baixo, a Southlands Tour 2004 , que foi de São Paulo até Buenos Aires somando 13 shows..
Logo após a volta dessa turnê recebem o convite para serem artistas da ST2, o primeiro com uma gravadora de porte nacional.

“Stand By The D.A.N.C.E.” lançado em setembro de 2005.
Produzido por Daniel Ganjaman mostra a banda em seu auge.
Seu primeiro clipe foi dirigido por Raul Machado (Raimundos, Natiruts, Planet Hemp…).
A música se chama " Just Done ".
Também do Stand By The D.A.N.C.E saíram " Não Vou Ficar " e " 5 Mentiras ", clipe tirado do curta-metragem que filmaram, de 22 minutos, dirigido por Thomas Hale.

Em 2008 decidem sair da gravadora e gravar o álbum, “Louva-a-deus”, independente.
Produzido por Apollo Nove (produziu Otto, Nação Zumbi e Rita Lee), gravado e mixado por Roy Cicala (gravou John Lennon, Patti Smith, Lou Reed, AC/DC, Frank Sinatra, etc..).
Em 2009 a banda experimenta novas cores! Com a saída de Chuck Hipólitho de uma das guitarras, o Forgotten Boys acrescentou em sua formação um tecladista, Paulo Kishimoto e um percussionista, Zé Aurélio.

O Forgotten Boys já dividiu palco com Marky Ramone, MC5, New York Dolls, The Mission, Stiff Little Fingers, BackyardBabies, The Donnas, Nação Zumbi, Krisiun, Ratos de Porão, Planet Hemp, Paralamas do Sucesso, Capital Inicial, Cpm22, Pitty, e outras banda da cena de rock.
A formação atual é Gustavo Riviera – guitarra e voz, Flavio Cavichioli – bateria, Zé Mazzei - baixo, Paulo Kishimoto- piano eletrico/Keys, Dionisio Dazul- guittara.
