This is not just your ordinary puppy classes or dog training...this is 'Puppy School!' .
Based at Hensridge Airfield, we run two sessions a week, Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons..

Alongside the usual basic puppy training of sit and stay, recall and lead walking etc, we'll be providing invaluable information to give your new puppy the best start in life! Each week we have a different talk and/or demonstatration on a different topic..

We have teamed up with several local canine businesses, to provide a wide range of brains for you to pick!.
We'll have sessions on everything from first aid and basic health care, to grooming, physiotherapy and holistic nutririon.

We'll also be having sessions on child safety, so please do feel free to bring along your little ones, whether they're your kids, grandkids or nephews and nieces.
(See, we entertain your kids too!!).

Uniquely, we also have a livestock session, where your pups have the opportunity to meet chickens! Yes, real live chickens! Don't worry, they ARE crated and safe! .

Saturday classes run in six week courses, 1-2.30pm - £7 paid one week in advance.
Next available course for bookings - September..
Tuesday classes are on a pay as you go basis, 6.30-7.30pm - £5.

We welcome puppies, as well as those slightly older dogs who need a bit of guidance.

Class sizes are limited, so please do contact us before hand so we can enrol you..

Flying Start Puppy School is based on an active airfield so please stick to our designated areas.
The airfield can be quite windy but we have plenty of hot beverages to keep you warmed up!.

The airfield cafe will be open, serving drinks, snacks and hot food, so feel free to arrive early and have some lunch in there - dogs are welcome inside too! .
