Detailed description is Presicion Machine Shop Floyd's Custom Shop was started in 1999 by me, Jeff Floyd.
It all started with the Glock 30 grip plug that we sold to distributors.
Our shop went from being in the garage on my parents house with one drill press and manual lathe to a shop with 4 CNC mills and 1 CNC lathe.
My son, Jeffery and daughter, Carlee work in the shop with me and are the programmers and operators.
They both attended NIC for CNC Machine Technology.
We specialize in prototyping, custom parts, and machining for some of the biggest gun companies in the US.
We have always been satisfied being the behind the scenes guys, but now we would like to get into selling our own products directly to the public.
We have never had a website and our only advertising has been word of mouth by our gun industry connections and reputation.
My daughter and I have been shooting 3 gun for a few years now as a way of advertising our custom parts and rifle builds geared specifically for competition shooters.
We use the parts we manufacture on our own guns.
We strive to build the best parts at an affordable price.
