Fletcher Hall and Manchester Hall, located on the campus of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, were dedicated in 1963.
The complex is staffed by the Department of Residence Services with one full-time Residence Hall Director (RHD) professional staff, one Assistant Residence Hall Director (ARHD) graduate assistant, and fourteen undergraduate student Resident Assistants (RAs).
