When I discovered reflexology it felt like I was coming home.

Life before reflexology was colourful and full but I always had this sense of restlessness, that I was not living in an authentic way.
I sensed there was something else waiting for me but just didn't know what form it would take.
I have been fortunate to have been guided by some wonderful mentors and teachers throughout my life, each helping to shape the person I am today.
I have lived the corporate life as an urban/community planning consultant and contributed to some very worthwhile and vastly different planning projects (too many to list all of them, but some highlights have been fighting against pokies, planning for more safe and connected community housing developments and helping villages protect themselves from coastal hazards in Samoa).
I have taught English in Japan, lived my dream of travelling to Africa and have continued to travel to all corners of the globe.
I have experienced many wonderful joys and had my share of challenges too.
I married the love of my life and am now a mother to two beautiful, lively and imaginative children who keep me on my toes!.
