La finca puede ser utilizada pagando una noche y disfrutando dos dias ya sea entre semana o fines de semana, llegando a las 8 am y entregándola al día siguiente a las 4 pm, con lo cual pagan únicamente una noche y pueden utilizar todas sus instalaciones, las cuales se encuentran en perfecto funcionamiento, a su vez las cabañas están completamente equipadas..
