Ce mouvement vise à inciter la population du village de Kakanitchoé à prendre en main son avenir en devenant actrice de son développement.
SAIN, travaillant alors sous l’association AAGAC, (Association Agro-écologique d’Action Communautaire, fondé en 1997) fut initié par Pascal GBENOU..

Ainsi la ferme SAIN a constitué le départ.
Celle-ci est devenue école en 2001, en accueillant des jeunes pour une formation de 18 à 24 mois mois.
