Tendo seu Projeto de Credenciamento elaborado nos termo da Portaria 640, de 13 de maio de 1997, as Faculdades XV de Agosto receberam autorização para o funcionamento dos cursos de Administração de Empresas e Administração com habilitação em Sistema de Informação Gerencial, conforme Portaria 1005, de 17 de maio de 2001.

O Ministro de Estado da Educação, usando da competência que lhe foi delegada pelo Decreto no 3.860, de 09 de julho de 2001, alterado pelo Decreto no 3.908, de 04 de setembro de 2001, tendo em vista o Despacho no 1.048/2005, da Secretaria de Educação Superior, conforme consta dos Processos nºs 23000.004834/2004-21 e 23000.004835/2004-76, Registros SAPIENS nºs 20041002019 e 20041002020, do Ministério da Educação, resolve:.

Art.
1º - Reconhecer, pelo prazo de quatro anos, o curso de Administração Bacharelado, habilitações em Administração de Empresas, com 50 (cinqüenta) vagas totais anuais, turno noturno, e em Administração de Sistema de Informação Gerencial, com 60 (sessenta) vagas totais anuais, turno noturno, ministrado pela Faculdade XV de Agosto, na Avenida XV de Agosto, nº 1210, na cidade de Socorro, Estado de São Paulo, mantida pela instituição denominada Faculdades XV de Agosto Sociedade Civil Ltda., com sede na cidade de Socorro, Estado de São Paulo..
