Detailed description is We are are a fully accredited and certified martial arts school which teaches Taekwondo and self defense.
We work with people of all ages.
We work with children and adults starting at 5 years of age to 95 years of age.
We teach Taekwondo which translates into the way of the foot and fist.
We teach the students to do the Korean Martial Arts which consists of basic kicks, advanced kicks, and flying kicks.
We also learn to punch and block using a series of techniques called one steps which later translates into self defense.
