Detailed description is Located just East of Carterville on Guardian Road.
Faith and New Hope Church was founded on January 21, 1979 under the leadership of Pastor and Mrs.
P.J.
Hutchinson.
The first service was held in a home with 5 people present.
As the attendance increased, with several being saved and baptized, a mobile home was purchased in June 1983 to use as a sanctuary for worship services.
In March 1985, an additional mobile unit was added for classrooms.

In November 1986 construction began on the first church house.
The land was generously donated as was much of the labor and materials during the building process.
Although the building was not completed, regular services were held in it beginning July 1987.
After being in the new building for 5 years, on February 14, 1993, it was destroyed by fire.

We then built the Hosanna House on our property and had services in it while removing the burned building.
We then built the current building consisting of sanctuary, class rooms, nursery as well as a 1700 sq ft basement.
Services have been held in the new building since late 1993.
