Der gemeinnützige Verein „FairZülpich e.V.“ entstand Ende 2003 als Ergebnis einer Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem „ökumenischen Arbeitskreis Eine Welt“ der beiden Kirchengemeinden in Zülpich und dem Arbeitskreis „Gesundheit und Soziales" im Marketingarbeitskreis der Stadt Zülpich..
