Die Fachschaft Philosophie versteht sich, wie alle Fachschaften, als ein studentisches Organ, das die Interessen der Studierenden in verschiedenen hochschulpolitischen Gremien und gegenüber dem Institut und der Universitätsleitung vertritt.
Zentraler Punkt unserer Arbeit in der Hochschulpolitik ist es, den Lebensraum Universität Regensburg mitzugestalten.
Deshalb pflegen wir einen regen Kontakt mit anderen Fachschaften und dem AStA (Sprecher*innenrat).
Unter anderem bemühen wir uns auch, den Einstieg ins Studium zu erleichtern.
Aus diesem Grund bieten wir ein halbjährlich eine Exkursion an, um auch abseits der Lehrpläne Kontakte knüpfen zu können.
Unseren Stammtisch, jeden Mittwoch um 20:30Uhr in der No7 Bar, können nicht nur Studierende der Philosophie besuchen, sondern er steht allen Freigeistern offen.
Wir haben es uns auch zur Aufgabe gemacht zu der kulturellen Vielfalt der Universität Regensburg, durch diverse Veranstaltungen, beizutragen.
Deshalb ist zu unserem halbjährlichen Fest neben euch, den Studierenden, auch das Institut eingeladen.
