Detailed description is We are a Custom tattoo studio with a goal of providing exceptional work at a reasonable price.
First off we would like to thank you for taking the time to read over this.
We come to you today to properly introduce ourselves.
Our goal is to make the world a more beautiful and interesting place through body modifications such as tattooing and body piercing.
We want to break the stereotype that a lot of shops have of being that place that degenerates or hooligans frequent and bring danger and problems to our community.
We want to promote an environment of creative expression, not of drugs, violence, and anti-establishmentarianism.
We are call "Excelsior Body Modifications" for several reasons, the definition of excelsior; to be of the highest quality and to always be moving onward and upward, and that's exactly how we plan on running our shop.

We are fully licensed by Allegany County.
No one under 16 is allowed on the premises ( everyone will be I.D.
at the door) and no one under 18 will be allowed in a work station unless proper accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Every thing we will be using will be a one time usable product or disposed o properly in accordance with NY state law or will be professionally sterilized in our sterilization room.
We both have taken and passed NY State Bloodbourne Pathogens, Barrier Precaution and Principles to Infection Control for the Modification Industry and plan on continuing our education while carrying out the practices taught to us.
We are both home town residences and have lived in this community almost our entire lives.
We are both veterans of our trades, Scott Morrison has been tattooing for ten years and Ryan Cook has been a licensed piercer in South Carolina for over 5 years ( South Carolina is known for having the strictest health standards in the Modification Industry and plan on using those standards in all of our practices).
We have come to "you" our clients and neighbors in hopes to be a welcomed addition to the community and in turn plan on showing nothing but class and respect in everything we do.
