It all started on a little league ball field...two girls, Lena Yarbrough and Melanie Sojourner, talking about paddling.
First paddle in, they decide on their first epic adventure together.....2 first place medals and a record broken over a 100 mile kayak adventure and Everyday Adventure was born!.

Everyday Adventure, LLC is an outdoor adventure and personal training venture geared towards helping people gain fitness, lose weight and increase self-confidence by exploring the great outdoors and pushing themselves to limits they once only dreamed of.
Everyday Adventure is a one-of-a-kind operation based out of the scenic and historic Natchez, Mississippi area..

At Everyday Adventure we want to take the personal fitness and outdoor knowledge we've acquired through first-hand experience and put it to work for others looking to make a lifestyle change by improving their personal fitness and outdoor activities.

URBAN BOOT CAMPS.
Tired of the same, boring routine? Need a new workout? New perspective? Fresh air? We have your fix!!! Everyday Adventure will be introducing Urban Boot Camps to the Natchez area by utilizing some of our wonderful parks and recreational facilities! Get a fresh start to your day or a stress breaker from your day with our certified personal fitness instructor, Lena, as she takes you through an intermediate workout outdoors.
She'll show you how to utilize what we have in our area to help you get in shape as well as find your personal zen with nature!.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING.
Looking for help on your personal fitness goal? With one on one training, you'll learn the proper technique, get monthly workout programs with one on one training each week.
It's a great way to get and stay motivated during your workouts!.

KAYAK TRIPS.
Let Everyday Adventure take you on a half or full day kayaking adventure! Natchez is known for it's beautiful homes and gardens, but it's time to see the beauty that surrounds our downtown area! We can take you on a tour of one our many waterways where you can experience nature at it's finest! We will even incorporate packages that can include cooking classes, wine tastings, massages, and other amenities after your day of fun!.

BIKE TRIPS.
Yet another way to experience our beautiful Natchez area is by bike!! We can do full or half day trips coupled with lunch, dinner, kayaking, wine tasting (after the ride) and many other amenities! Don't have a bike? We have rentals!!!.
