Situated on close to 1/2 acre in one of Big Bear's most desirable and private areas, 'Woodlands'! It features 5 bedrooms (two masters bedrooms) 3 baths and over 2600 square feet of living area.
Comfortably sleeps 16, with room for additional guests with approval prior to your stay.

This newly remodeled two-story retreat house boasts a beautiful gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and upgraded cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.
There is beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the downstairs and upgraded carpet upstairs.
All bathrooms have been upgraded with granite countertops and modern tile for clean and fresh look.
The interior is only complimented by the exterior features of two large wooden decks, private jacuzzi, and two large fenced backyards great for enjoying the fresh air and scenic outdoors.
