Detailed description is I work with Buyers and Sellers of commercial,residential,luxury,water front and vacant land.
I moved to north Idaho in 2003 after leaving construction trade of 20 years.
I have a background of teaching carpentry for carpenters trust including governor locks Mattawwa project.
I worked with my family owned R&R construction and millwork inc.
I also owned Errol Clark's construction inc.
I have bought and sold real estate personally since 1994 including distressed property to fix up and flip but also owned several commercial properties and rentals including houses, duplexes, triplexes fourplexes warehouses and strip malls.
In 2003 I began building drums and had a music store in Priest River ID which I still build today you can find them on my Rhythm & Rags page.
In January of 2013 I passed my state of ID real estate exam and in August 2013 went to work with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty.
