Detailed description is Criando oportunidades através da mútua educação A Escola Popular Cooperativa de Paramoti é um empreendimento educacional gerido por estudantes de origem popular que utilizam a metodologia do estudo em células (grupos) para o ingresso no ensino superior com reaplicação dos recursos humanos no próprio município.
A EPC surgiu quando estudantes de Paramoti adquiriram a experiência da aprendizagem cooperativa do PRECE (Programa de Educação em Células) um movimento educacional existente há 15 anos, oriundo da comunidade rural de Cipó- Pentecoste/CE que já levou cerca de 400 estudantes de origem popular para a universidade e tem transformado a realidade de muitos jovens e famílias do semiárido cearense.
