I’m Danni – the Owner/Head Trainer of Empower Fitness Training and I’d like to tell you a little about my experience and philosophy as a Personal Trainer..

My goal and reason for starting Empower Fitness Training is to help women improve their health, their mindset and body image.
We provide a fun, active fitness community where we can all come together to support each other’s journey, build friendships and live a healthier lifestyle.
I; like many women growing up battled with body image issues and anxiety and found my way through exercise, learning the importance of a healthy lifestyle and most importantly learning that .

I want to share with you and show you how good it feels to be healthy and strong and body confident! I believe that with a little persistence and hard work – we can change our lives for the better in so many ways..

My background is in body sculpting/fitness modelling.
I spent 4 years competing in a variety of federations and am proud of my many achievements along the way.
Some of my achievements include 3rd place in the IFBB Australasian titles, NSW State Champion in the INBA and winner of the Newcastle Country Classic.
Through these 4 years of competing I learnt how to sculpt and shape my body as well as achieve a lean physique through proper nutrition.
This knowledge is passed through to educate our members and applied through training programming.

Since competing I have also worked at a number of leading businesses within the fitness industry.
I have programmed & delivered sessions for the Newcastle Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge, currently work at F45 Newcastle and also work at The Forum delivering 1 on 1 PTs and running a range of group fitness classes there.
In my personal time I train at Crossfit Newcastle and F45.
