Detailed description is My name is Emily Fowler and one day I plan to open a bakery, this was the first step I needed to take so that my dream could become a reality My name is Emily Hibbs, I am 20 and engaged to Alex Fowler.
My dream is to one day open a bakery of my own.
I figured starting off small with a home bakery is the best place for me to start.
I graduated St.
Lawrence College this year (2014) for Culinary Management and I took a baking focus program in Grade.11.
I worked part-time as the baker at the Waterford Retirement Home here in Kingston Ontario.

I have done many cakes and cupcakes for special occasions for my friends and family members as well as a lot of home baking.
This little bakery of mine will mainly be cupcakes and cakes but I am also willing to do other baked goods like;.
