My name is Carrie White and I am the owner and head trainer.
Health and fitness is my passion! This has been my dream for quite some time.
I have spent more time in the past 10 years in gyms than I have anywhere else.
I have had many different roles and experiences.
From the beginning as a member, then on to positions in membership sales and member services, followed by managing and personal/group training.
I get excited when someone walks through the door and they say they have never been a member at a gym.
This is my chance to make an impression, to make you feel comfortable and to let you know that sometimes the hardest part is just walking through the door.
You made the first step.
What also gets me excited is when a prospective member walks through the doors for the first time and their eyes light up, and I can see that they are already imagining themselves working out in the facility because the equipment they see meets their needs.
