Sensei Barb Lamble is the Head Instructor in Elora, a 4th degree black belt with a Level II CNGK Instructor’s Certificate.
She began training in 1998 when her fiancé, Mike Robertson, asked her to join his first karate class in Elmira.
Karate training helped develop her physical fitness and mental focus, so decided to pursue her training to the black belt level, which she received in 2003..

She has had the privilege of receiving personal instruction from Kyoshi J Purdy, founder of Gorge Karate Dojo and Head Instructor of Canadian Naha-te Goju Karate.
Sensei Barb was asked to take over leadership of CNGK karate instruction in 2012 and is now Head Instructor of all CNGK karate programs offered in Elora, Ontario..
