My name is Jen Burgess and I am one of two owners of Elevations Living.
My partner Tom Bates and I opened our doors to our behavioral group homes in Fond du Lac, WI in February 2017.
We decided to start our business after we seen the high demand for homes that could provide quality care with compassionate and reliable staff for residents that have developmental disabilities and mental health diagnosis who also have high behavioral needs.
We staff all of our residents with one on one 24 hours a day care to ensure that treatments for our residents is obtained to the highest degree and standards.

I found that after working in the field of behavioral health for a number of years that the residents in our communities, can in fact live a quality life if given the opportunity and guidance by our highly trained staff.
Our residents have jobs, volunteer, and live in our communities and thrive when given the proper tools and guidance.
We as a company strive daily to provide those tools and guidance to them.
We assist them in making safe, good, and rewarding choices daily.
We work with them in their treatments to make sure they are able to meet the goals of their treatments.
It can be a struggle but with the help of our staff they are able to pull through the majority of those struggles.
