Detailed description is We are on a mission to put a smile on your face with our fantastic coffee creations and our out of this world food! EIBC & La Petit Acadian is the dream of Ken and Rebecca Beaulieu.
Our recipes have been handed down by generations of Cajun and Creole cooks in Rebecca's family.
When Ken met Rebecca, it was love at first bite! Ken hails from Boston, MA, but we promise you he is a BORN AGAIN Southerner! He specializes in our Beignets and plays Sous Chef for Rebecca, or as everyone back home calls her "petit acadian" Our goal is to be the centerpiece in the community of Barnstead, NH.
We will make contributions to the welfare of the local and global community by supporting charitable and civic activities.
By purchasing our produce and goods through local farms whenever possible, we will be boosting the local economy.
We intedn to donate 10% of our proceeds to charity.

Being an active duty NAVY family, we have had the unique opportunity to share our love of Cajun/Creole food and Coffee with people from all over the world.
Food is what brings people together and takes them home.
Ken and Rebecca love nothing more than breaking bread with friends and family and sharing stories.

We are the Beaulieu Family.
We are an active duty Navy family.
In 2010, Ken was deployed to Haiti after a devastating earthquake.
The horrific scene of human tragedy left him scarred both mentally and physically.
After three years of battling with the demons of that deployment, Ken was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and a debilitating shoulder injury that would end his career in the Navy.
He found healing in growing a small garden and volunteering at his wife Rebecca's small catering business that also opened in at a local open air market.
Being able to connect to people over a cup of coffee, or work quietly in his garden led Ken to believe that this was his calling.
Rebecca set out to help Ken make this dream a reality.
She found several organizations that specifically worked with veterans to become farmers ( Ground Operations and the Veteran Farmer Coalition) Together, they began planning to start a small family farm that could provide local goods to their catering business/coffee house.
The small community of Barnstead, New Hampshire seemed like the perfect fit.
The coffeehouse would serve as a place for local artisans, farmers, musicians, politicians, activists, and just family and friends a place to gather.
By using local produce from our farm and other nearby farmers solely at our coffeehouse, we would be providing a stimulant to the economy.
It is also our goal to be donate a large portion of our profits to local and international charities.
Please help us make our dream a reality and to support veterans moving from the battlefields to the farm fields and helping them become creators and cultivators..
