Founded June 12, 2012.
The East Haddam Art League was concieved in 2010 by Andria Alex, a professional painter residing in East Haddam.
As an artist with no community-based outlets, Andria recognized a strong need for an arts group in this area.
With the invaluable assistance of the other founding members, she was able to gather participants.
Many of the area's artists now comprise this thriving art group! .
