Detailed description is Het Dudenpark is Brussels wandelpark van ongeveer 24 hectare gelegen in de gemeente Vorst.Het is gelegen op de rechterflank van de Zennevallei net ten zuiden van het Park van Vorst.
Het terrein is sterk hellend: het hoogste punt is gelegen op 90 m en het laagste punt op 55 m.
Vanuit het park heeft men een mooi zicht op de skyline van Brussel.
Het biedt plaats aan een collectie unieke, oude bomen.
In 1973 werd het domein geklasseerd als onroerend erfgoed.In het park bevindt zich een oud kasteel dat eigendom is van de Koninklijke Schenking dat momenteel gebruikt wordt door de LUCA School of Arts, campus NARAFI, de oudste filmschool in België.
Het Joseph Marienstadion, de voormalige thuisplek van voetbalclub Royale Union Saint-Gilloise situeert zich tevens in het park.GeschiedenisOorspronkelijk was het Dudenpark een bos dat deel uitmaakte van de bezittingen van de Abdij van Vorst.
Op de Ferrariskaart (1771-1778) is het bos duidelijk herkenbaar.
Tijdens de Franse bezetting (na de Franse Revolutie) werden de bezittingen van de abdij ontmanteld.
Een zekere heer Mosselman kocht het bos, hernoemde het tot 'Mosselmanbos' en bouwde er een landhuis.
Minder dan 100 jaar later, in 1869, kocht Guillaume Duden, een rijke Duitse kanthandelaar om er zijn buitenverblijf van te maken.
In het domein, dat toen 23 hectare groot was, bouwde hij een nieuwe woning in neoklassieke stijl, paardenstallen, een protestantse kapel (vandaag verdwenen), een kiosk en bruggen en trappen.
