Ron has been a dancer since age 15, having 1st trained in ballet, jazz and tap w/ Madeline Smith.
He danced w/the Dance Theater Departments while attending Auburn Univ.
He moved to Chattanooga, TN and trained/taught w/Arthur Murray Ballroom Dance Studio and Dance Theater Workshop.
Later, back in Dothan, AL he owned Center for Arts-Entertainment of SE AL and also authored/directed the dinner theater "GRITS ON THE SIDE".
