Everything we make-- our Sandwiches, Soups, Pizzas, Calzones, Hamburgers, Salads, Pastas and even our Cookies and Goodies are second to none, because we prepare everything here, fresh daily.
We even have our own bakery! Our most excellent bakers prepare our Artisan Breads, Cookies & Goodies, and even our own Pizza Dough fresh every day! The tender roast beef that we use in our signature sandwiches is made from the prime rib cooked the day before in our upstairs sister restaurant, Rickenbacker’s Steak House.
Our Pizzas and Calzones are stone baked, giving our crusts that chewy yet crispy and delicious texture that is like no other.
