Detailed description is Blogger de Il Fatto Quotidiano.Sono nato a Milano il 14 luglio 1954, oculista in strutture pubbliche, private accreditate e private dal 1981 sempre a Milano.Nel 2003 ho deciso di fare uno studio statistico, insieme al Politecnico di Milano, sulle possibili complicanze di un intervento oculistico.
Pubblico un primo articolo su Viscochirurgia della Fabiano Editore nel settembre 2003; poi un secondo nel settembre 2008 sulla stessa rivista, cercando di spiegare che avevo trovato un metodo nuovo di controllo sanitario, non sulle cartelle cliniche, come fanno ora i Nuclei Operativi di Controllo, ma sui pazienti.
Controllo inteso non come metodo coercitivo ma come certezza di onestà.
I pazienti ne hanno il diritto, i medici il dovere.
Nessuno sembra accorgersene.
Le Istituzioni rimangono assenti.
Da lì inizia la mia “battaglia” per contribuire allo sviluppo di una sanità “sana”.
Pubblico due libri (Ci sarà un futuro? Una sanità migliore in un mondo migliore e Com’è andata a finire?), mi intervista anche Report nella trasmissione del 2 maggio 2010 “La prestazione”, a Current Tv nel luglio dello stesso anno ed in altre televisioni locali lombarde.
Questa nuova avventura ha come obbiettivo una visione della “sanità orizzontale” in cui i pazienti, gli operatori sanitari e le Istituzioni preposte si pongano sullo stesso piano, ognuno nel proprio ruolo, in modo da abbattere la concezione di “sanità verticale” in cui sopra sta chi può, Istituzioni, primari, medici, infermieri ecc.
e sotto chi deve, i pazienti.
Questi concetti si equiparano a quelli di “società orizzontale” e “società verticale” che sono il perno dell’associazione Sulle regole di Gherardo Colombo della quale mi onoro di far parte nel gruppo sanità.
