I have over 15 years of mechanical experience, with my first job working on various heavy motor vehicles from tour buses to over the road trucks to where I am now, working on fire trucks.

During the last 5 years in the fire industry as a mechanic I have fine-tuned my abilities to diagnose and repair jobs as efficiently as possible and correctly to the original equipment (OEM) specs.
Knowing that when the customer picks up the vehicle it will perform to the standards it is expected to with no worries.

At Dodson Family Automotive I am offering my services with the same standards as I have learned over the last 5 years to you at a much lower rate than dealers and most automotive shops.
I can give you a lower rate because it’s just me.
I have the tools and technologies to diagnose and repair any make and model auto and light/medium duty truck.
With today’s technology, it makes diagnosing most issues simple, so I can give the customer an accurate cost and timeline for repairs.

We have all had bad experiences with auto shops and my personal opinion is I would rather do it myself.
I treat every vehicle like it is my own, so I know it is repaired correctly the first time.
At Dodson Family Automotive my services include everything except tires and transmission overhauls with a labor rate of $50 an hour (excluding basic services).
Basic service prices will vary depending on the vehicle.
I also do not do any paint, body or upholstery work.
The $20 diagnosis fee, if needed, will be waived if I complete the work.
We service any vehicle, including any make/model auto, light/medium duty truck, ATV, UTV, small engines, and if it’s not included in this list just ask!.
I can use original equipment parts and still keep the cost affordable for my customers.
I stand behind all workmanship, unfortunately I cannot control part failure, but by using original equipment parts, it keeps the odds of part failure low.
