With his DJ’ing career spanning over Twenty years, Bob Frisky has held residencies at some of the world’s biggest and most famous clubs.
In Ibiza Bob was resident at the world’s biggest club night, Manumisson (with crowds of 10,000 every week) for over 4 years.
During this time Bob was also resident at the infamous beach club, Bora Bora, where his mammoth 8-hour sets became legendary..

As well as holding these residencies and doing numerous guests slots at other Ibiza superclubs (Space, Pacha, Es Paradis, El Divino and Amnesia) Bob also had the opportunity to work closely with UK clubbing bible Mixmag by co-promoting and DJ’ing at the magazine’s Rogues Gallery club night at Eden and going on to mix the CD Secret Ibiza for the Mixmag front cover..

In the UK Bob developed a loyal crowd-base over the years at his residencies - Scream (Bristol), Bed (Sheffield), Clockwork Orange and The Cross in London as well as honouring various guest slots up and down the country.
It was after one of these gigs that he was offered the chance to take up a residency and shape the music policy of the back room at the world renowned Gatecrasher in Sheffield, a residency that he held for 2 years.
Through his residencies and guest appearances Bob has performed alongside the world’s dance music elite including Danny Tenaglia, Fatboy Slim, Erick Morillo, Mark Ronson, Hernan Cattaneo, Paul Oakenfold, Fedde Le Grand, Zane Lowe and The Prodigy to name but a few..

In 2002 Bob relocated to Australia and resided in the main room of Australia’s biggest club, Home as well as a monthly residency at the much hyped Kink at the Arthouse in Sydney.
Bob appeared all over the country playing in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, as well as the full-moon parties on Magnetic Island where he played to over 1,500 people in the open air on the beach - something he is more than used to from his Ibiza days!.

In 2006 Bob took over the World (the club that is) in Kings Cross (Sydney), where he was Marketing Manager and promoted his own club-night Sumo Sonic, where he had the pleausure of hosting many international and interstate guests to Sydney, including Smokin Jo, Tim Sheridan (Dope Smugglaz), Ian Carey, Deekline & Wizard, Richard F, The Hoxton Whores, Alan Thompson, Chris Coco and The Rogue Traders..

After Sumo Sonic, Bob launched the highly succesful Holy Funk night at The Cross where he played funky soulful house on the Terrace with his live band D'Funkt, then later in the night moved into the main club to crank out his favourite sound of the moment Jakkin Tech House.
Holy Funk also welcomed surprise International guests and welcomed such guests as Stevie "Sole" Middleton (UK) and Oliver Lang (Bora Bora Ibiza and Dusted London) and Andy Caldwell (OM Records - USA)..

Bob played all over Sydney at only the best clubs such as Sounds on Sunday, Good Vibrations, Laundry, Tank and Gas and enjoys hitting the festival circuit via Mobile Home, Jungle Gym, Reckless Republic and Sunbeats.
