Diyarbakır Atatürk Stadyumu, Diyarbakırspor ve Diyarbekirspor'un maçlarına ev sahipliği yapmıştır.
1960'da inşa edilen ve daha sonra ışıklandırılan stadyumun 12.963 kişilik bir kapasitesi vardır.
Stadyumun eski olması sebebiyle seyircilerin güvenliği için kapasite 4.600 ile sınırlandırılmıştır.
Tamamı koltuklu olan stadyumda kapalı devre kamera sistemi de mevcuttur.Diyarbakır'ın Yenişehir ilçesinde yer alan stadyum, 1999-2000 Türkiye Kupası final maçı olan Antalyaspor-Galatasaray maçına ev sahipliği yapmıştır.
2000 yılında ise stadyum ışıklandırılmış ve oynanan ilk gece maçında Diyarbakırspor, Şanlıurfaspor'u 3-0 mağlup etmiştir.
2016 yılının Ekim ayında yıkılmıştır.
