(please bring hand weights, resistance band and yoga mat, but I items in the DTF Studio for newbies.).
*Wet it Up & Wild Wednesday-Aqua Zumba @The League for People with Disabilities (wear swimming gear or tank and shorts).

Materials needed for Zumba Toning & Sentao:.
Zumba Toning-1 Thick Yoga Mat,1 Resistance Band &1 Set of Dumbbell Hand Weights (3-5lbs).
Zumba Sentao-Hand Weights.
Always bring a towel and water, you will always need it..

All Zumba classes are-$7 per person.
Zumba for Kids & Kids Jr.-Free class (only every other Saturday).

$60 per month (expires in 30 days).
$50 for 10 class pass (expires in 60 days).
