We commonly attract 95% women, but we do have a handful of men and a men's only class called Boystime, which is even taught by our male co-studio owner Sam Tavares (Bec's husband) .
The women that come to the studio are everyday women, all shapes and sizes from all walks of life and we have all ages from 12 and up.
You aren't too old, too out of shape, unfit, unco-ordinated to start at Diamond Class and the only thing our students regret is not starting sooner..
