This list of architectural services is for a typical architectural design project and all these stages may not applicable for some projects especially the residential developments..

STEP ONE: Schematic Design .
Goals, needs and requirements are discussed in this phase of the process.
To start with, the site visits, reviews the existing conditions and takes as-built measurements, if necessary.
For building additions, a set of as-built drawings are created so the Owner and the designer are able to visualize how the addition will fit with the existing structure.
We gathers information from state and city agencies regarding specific land use and building code requirements as well as pre-submittal and pre-permit procedures.
We will also create a work plan for the design process to outline what will be done and by when..
This phase also begins the creative process of thoughtfully defining the owner’s objectives, which are translated into a building program.
