Bien avant la fin de nos études nous avions commencé à chercher des idées pour chacun commencer une affaire.
À la fin de nos études Alfred (originaire du Cameroun) avait commencé à vendre certains vêtements que sa maman lui envoyait depuis le Cameroun et Jabbar (originaire du Benin) de son côté faisait la même chose avec un de ses amis qui lui envoyait des habits du Benin.
Un soir chez Alfred en discutant on s’est demandé pourquoi ne pas se mettre ensemble afin de créer quelque chose de plus grand (ayant été dans la même classe pendant les 2 années passée au Collège Communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, Campus de Dieppe, on connaissait un peu les forces et les faiblesses de chacun).
C’est à partir de ce moment que tout a commencé, nous avons fait venir d’autres vêtements et préparer une séance photos.
Tout ceci avec l’aide précieuse de nos amis et proches.
Par la suite, nous avons préparé notre page Facebook avec toutes les photos prises la veille, et nous l’avons programmée afin qu’elle soit visible à partir de 18h le 18 février 2016, le même jour que la soirée internationale de l’Université de Moncton.
À notre grande surprise, la réaction des gens a été positive au point où en 24h nous avions fait 1000 likes, nous n’avions quasiment pas dormi cette nuit-là (LOOL).
À partir de là, les choses sont allées très vites.
Nous avons été contactés par Radio Canada deux jours après pour une entrevue et les messages n’arrêtaient pas d’arriver.
Quelques mois plus tard on recevait le prix du Meilleur nouveau produit du Grand Moncton par la corporation 3+, qui nous a apporté une assistance dans la mise sur pied de notre compagnie..
Nous avons remarqués quelques temps après que nos vêtements créaient un lien entre les différents individus qui les portaient.
Sans le vouloir nous avions créé un pont entre différentes cultures.
Nous aimerons être des exemples pour d’autres jeunes, afin qu’ils puissent croire en eux et se dire que peu importe leur origine ou couleur de peau tout est possible tant qu’on y croit et qu'on travaille dur pour accomplir nos rêves..

Way before the end of our studies each of us began to look for ideas to start a business.
At the end of our studies, Alfred (from Cameroon) had started selling some clothes that his mother sent him from Cameroon and Jabbar (native of Benin) was doing the same with a friend who sent him clothes from Benin.
One evening at Alfred's when we were discussing, we wondered why not get together to create something bigger (having been in the same class for 2 years at the New Brunswick Community College, Dieppe Campus, knew the strengths and weaknesses of each).
Everything began at this moment; we brought in other clothes and prepared a photo shoot, all this with the precious help of our friends.
Subsequently, we prepared our Facebook page with all the photos taken the day before, and we programmed to be available for 6 pm on February 18th, 2016, on the same day as the international evening of the University Of Moncton.
To our surprise, the reaction of people was positive to the point where in 24h we had made 1000 likes; we had hardly slept that night (LOL).
From there, things went very fast; we were contacted by Radio Canada two days later for an interview and the messages kept coming.
A few months later we received the award for the Best New Product from Greater Moncton by the 3+ Corporation, which assisted us in setting up our company..
We noticed some time after that our clothes created a link between the different people who wore them.
Unintentionally, we’ve created a bridge between different cultures.
We will like to be examples for other young people so that they can believe in themselves and no matter their origin or skin color, everything is possible as long as you believe and work hard to achieve your dreams..
