The heart and soul of the company is Edmonds native Sofeea Huffman, who opened the original Kafe Neo Edmonds in 1991.
In 2006, Sofeea and the Kafe Neo family was blessed with the arrival of now Executive Chef and partner Clara Gutierrez.
This brilliant young chef has been wowing those fortunate enough to taste her delectable creations since the day she moved here from Spain in 1993.
