Francis Counties.
We are a Community Based Tobacco Free Grant with the Arkansas Department of Health's Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program (TPCP).
We are housed at the Barton-Lexa School District in Phillips County.
Our program services Lee, Monroe, Phillips, and St.
Francis Counties.
