Detailed description is The Pharmacy Technician Program offers a CTS.
Pre-requisites are offered all semesters.
Program classes begin Fall and Spring.
The Pharmacy Technician program at Delgado Community College has been accredited since 2003.
The program currently offers a certificate of technical studies in Pharmacy Technician.
The program is two semesters - with new classes starting in the Fall and Spring.
Prerequisite courses are taught Fall/Spring/Summer.
Class size is 15-18 students..
Our students have achieved a 97% pass rate on the PTCE and 93% of graduates are working in a pharmacy within 1 month of completion.
