Detailed description is We are a small family that breeds Doxie's here at our home.
We have puppies year round, and offer Long & Short Hair, Dapples (Cream, Silver, Chocolates, & more), Reds, Black & Tans, Piebalds, Chocolate & Tans, Chocolates, Blondes, and more.
We have been raising Dachshunds for quiet awhile now.
It is a love & passion our family & friends share.
We have made some very wonderful friends thru our babies and have been Blessed to have such wonderful people come into our lives as a result of this love..
Most of our Doxies are AKC, some CKC, and some have no papers.
We breed for PETS ONLY so we do not include registration papers, We will provide copies for the parents by request..
Our babies are full blooded mini's, and we just feel papers do not make a pet, and if a pet is what you are seeking the papers will not matter..Our Doxie family includes 8 Females...

-Merry (Black & Tan -SH).
-Apple (Chocolate & Tan Dapple-SH).

-Creek (Blue Dapple-SH).
Are prices range from $250 and up on solids depending on the color & gender & $350 and up on dapples depending on color & gender.
We accept deposits year round as we almost always have a waiting list, esp on dapples.
Deposits are $100,(non-refundable, unless written/text special circumstances) which of course will go toward the total purchase of your baby, and if God forbid something happened to your puppy (death) before pick up time I will return your deposit.
We do loose babies from time to time as it is part of life.
It never gets any easier when we have a loss, but we will do whatever we can to make it right..
Other than that exception, normal deposit rules apply..
We go on the 1st come basis.
You can come pick out your baby and visit as much as you like.
We do not let them leave their mother until at least 8wks (as Ga Law requires) we also will provide their 1st shots & wormer record along with a puppy health contract.
Our puppies are raised at our home with our 4 children.
We DO NOT line breed, nor do we double dapple (due to health concerns)..Any further questions or request for pics are more than welcome.

Deep South Dachshunds and buyer hereby enter into a contract for the sale of one puppy described as follows:.

The breeder guarantees this puppy is a purebred Dachshund.
The breeder guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time of purchase, to the best of my knowledge.
Buyer has examined the puppy and agrees it appears to be healthy.
The breeder also guarantees the puppy has had vaccinations and de-worming appropriate to the puppy's age..

It is recommended that the buyer have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian (at buyers expense) within 48 hours of purchase.
IF THE PUPPY IS NOT EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PUPPY, THE GUARANTEE IS VOID.
If at the time of examination, the veterinarian finds the puppy to have a life threatening defect or illness, the puppy may be returned to the Breeder (at buyers expense), with written report from the veterinarian and all paper work given to you at time of purchase.
Common parasites, such as ticks, worms, mites, coccidia, giardia, etc., are not cause for replacement, as they do not fall under the category of “life-threatening genetic health defects.” Buyer understands the purchase of live animals may carry these risks.
The breeder will not pay associated veterinarian bills that may occur from any such parasites, regardless if the puppy had any of these things at the time of purchase and possession.
Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered: umbilical hernia, undescended testicle, underbite or overbite.
This would also exclude items such as, but not limited to, any allergies or cosmetic genetic defects (e.g., kinked tail, rear dewclaws, alopecia, periodontal disease, etc.).
AT NO TIME WILL SELLER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET FEES..
Breeder will replace the puppy with a comparable puppy of the same sex & value.
Buyer understands that there may be a wait for another puppy to become available.
AT NO TIME WILL MONEY BE REFUNDED..
3.If the puppy becomes sick and dies within 48 hrs of possession, buyer must have an autopsy performed to prove cause of death.
The puppy will be replaced if death is proven to be caused by an illness the puppy had prior to sale and buyer provides breeder a copy of the report..
4.
Breeder will not guarantee against common problems such as hypoglycemia, internal or external parasites, coccidia, diarrhea due to stress from shipping, new home, or improper diet.
Buyer will assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, and appearance of the above described puppy, upon possession.
It is the buyers responsibility to protect the puppy from dangerous or infectious situations until the puppy has completed it's series of vaccinations..

Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, temperament, color or alopecia in the dilutes..

Under no circumstance is the breeder held responsible for any medical services..
7.
If at any time in the life of the dog, buyer is unable to keep the dog, the breeder will be notified and given first option to take the dog back or find it a home.
No money will be refunded.
Buyer will not relinquish the dog to an animal shelter, pond or humane society..
8.
This contract is for the benefit of both parties involved and to safeguard the health and well being of the dog and is legal and binding in the county of Glascock, state of Georgia.
Buyer understands that by reading and signing this contract, that buyer and breeder agree to adhere to the terms and conditions stated herein..
