Por el momento solamente hemos anunciado nuestro primer logro, los tomates secos en aceite de oliva extra virgen, luego de un año de estar experimentando con la receta con respecto a condimentos, cocción, tipos de tomate, sabores de aceites de oliva extra virgen, olores para infusionar el aceite, etc..
Al final hemos decidido usar tomate seco tipo roma (pera, italiano, saladette), secado en horno, y luego sumergirlo en aceite de oliva extra virgen de la mejor calidad, usando ajo y algún olor como orégano, tomillo o romero .
El resultado es un regalo al paladar, donde el tomate le da el sabor al aceite y el aceite al tomate, donde el tomate se derrite al contacto con la boca liberando todo el sabor que contiene.
