Welkom bij de Meesterproef! Op het complex van de voormalige Honigfabriek waar voorheen de makkelijke zakjes met e-nummers vandaan kwamen, is er nu De Meesterproef.
In ons pand, ontworpen door de Nijmeegse architect Oscar Leeuw, kunt u in industriële sfeer genieten van heerlijk eten en drinken.

De Meesterproef was in de Middeleeuwen een test die moest worden afgelegd door een ambachtsman om te laten zien dat deze zijn ambacht onder controle had.
Dit werd gedaan om de lokale bevolking te beschermen tegen slechte kwaliteit.
